ETM 5531 - Contract Law for Engineering Professionals (SP19)

This course will provide engineers and architects with the background in common law as it applies to contracts.  Topics will include concepts such as offer, acceptance, consideration and breach; contracts under the uniform Commericial Code; express and implied warrianties; and employment contracts.

Prerequisiste(s): Graduate standing.
